This volatile couple showcased in season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, showed Brazil-native Dos Santos Lima fighting constantly with Las Vegas native Johnson. The problems continued as Johnson’s mom, or Dos Santos Lima’s mother-in-law, Debbie Johnson, kept meddling in Colt’s marriage. The relationship issues became legal issues toward the end of their relationship. Three domestic abuse charges later and the two have finally divorced for good. Dos Santos Lima has deleted all pictures of her life with Johnson from Instagram, now only showing off pictures her and her new boyfriend 27-year-old Eric Nichols, who her followers think is a major upgrade from her ex-husband.
Meanwhile, it seems that Johnson is moving on with a new Brazilian beauty - Jess Caroline. Just five months after his divorce from Dos Santos Lima was finalized, the 90 Day Fiancé star has hinted around on his Instagram stories about what fans can only assume is a possible engagement. Even though Johnson and Caroline have yet to make their relationship public, they have been spotted posting about each other on social media. On Caroline’s Facebook and Instagram, she’s posted many pictures of Johnson with romantic captions.
It seems that 90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk star is reportedly ring shopping already. Johnson sent fans into a frenzy when he took to Instagram Stories Thursday with a drawing of engagement rings asking his follower that he’s “looking for someone that makes jewelry. DM me please.” Apparently, Caroline has seen the show, according to Pop Culture, she’s watched Johnson and Dos Santos Lima’s relationship fall apart in front of cameras. She doesn’t, however, harbor and resentment toward her new man’s ex. She said, “I know about his past and have watched the show. I don’t defend him or her. It was just a relationship that didn’t work out and life goes on. I’m not going to be rude to anyone.”
90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? fans have watched as the drama between the two have unfolded, it’s almost a relief that the two have finally moved on from each other. The toxic relationship was both entertaining and painful to watch for many fans. Now that Dos Santos Lima is now with her new man, and Johnson with his new girl, it seems that all is well with the world.
