90 Day Fiancé’s Jay Smith says his ex-wife, Ashley Martson, is lying about pregnancy rumors about getting other girls pregnant. The reality star also claimed that Ashley is addicted to the limelight and needs social media to keep her current.
Smith and Martson are now a household name thanks to initially featured on season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé after the two met while Martson was vacationing in Jamaica. Yet, Martson and Smith’s wedded bliss did not last long as he started to cheat on her once he had moved to the United States. The tumultuous relationship, as featured on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, led Martson to file for divorce, refusing to change his status of immigration so he could be eligible for a green card. This past July, Smith was arrested and handed over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody where he sat behind bars for almost a month. He was eventually released and is still awaiting the outcome of his trial.
Since splitting up this past summer the two reality stars had been seen commingling at different public outings according to In Touch. Martson dropped a bombshell to fans saying that the two reconciled with one another over the summer break. But the newly kindled romance was short-lived as the two reality stars ended it once again because Martson learned that Smith possibly impregnated another woman, or so Ashley says.
Smith denied the allegations of a pregnancy and has claimed that Martson was just trying to increase her Instagram following to gain more fame. In a statement released on October 19th, the Jamaican native said that the internet is not for him nor did he feel the need to try and be famous thanks to it. The reality star also cleared the air by saying that he did not get any woman pregnant. The tattoo artist went on to say that he did not want to have trouble with anyone, and he was just trying to go on with his life after the arrest. Funny enough, the TLC star kept reiterating that he was not the one that liked to use social media for attention, yet he kept posting his statement against Martson.
The Pennsylvania blonde had a quick response for her ex-boyfriend saying that he did call her over the weekend to confirm another girl had claimed he got her pregnant and he was going to ask for a test to prove he was not the father. While fans are left scratching their heads about her sudden and rash decision to get back together, they are sure that Martson is now reminded that Smith who was once a cheater will always be a cheater.
